"Everyone is very helpful" at this "convenient" Uptown spot from the "excellent" front desk staff to the "accommodating" housekeeping; but the rest is "fairly unremarkable" report reviewers who find "old and outdated" rooms and baths, food that's "not the greatest", a parking garage that's "too far from the lobby" and "a lot of highway noise" from some quarters.

Valet parking same cost as garage parking for traveling single woman.
The room soundproofing was seriously lacking.
The staff of this hotel was outstanding. There was an Indian wedding going on so it was quite loud with their festivities. The room noise level was unreasonable since you could plainly hear the neighbor's conversation and TV when they weren't being loud. This hotel is scheduled a renovation. We loved the lobby area and the bar was nice. The parking garage made us feel safe.
I thought it could have been a little cleaner.
This hotel is in a great location. Our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

It was aesthetically pleasing and the location was quite nice.
The restaurant was not up to par and and no free internet.
This hotel was quite nice with a beige color theme and good service. The food was quite good and the amenities were ample. I would recommend this hotel for upscale travelers who like a a business oriented hotel. ...read more

The bed was so comfortable and room was quiet.
Location - far from downtown area and I was using public transport so a bit difficult.
I would recommend this hotel if the location works for you. Staff were generally helpful in a Texan kind of way. The room was serviced everyday and it was clean and met my expectations.
